Dave started Elect Appraisals in the 1990's with a typically small home office with his wife as his support department.  As Elect grew, additional support staff was added and now the firm is one of Florida's largest appraisal companies.

Dave came from a long career in banking and mortgage lending.  His 25 years in these fields gave him insight into the appraisal areas of lending.  

On July 1, 2006 Dave's whole life changed.  He experienced an epiphany that is causing him to enter a new level with God.  Their relationship is continuing to grow and Dave is relying on God to cause himself and Elect Appraisals to be witnesses of God's grace.

Dave enjoys the Florida lifestyle and time away from the office means a trip to the lazy life of vegging under a palm tree on the beach.  His love of old cars from the 1920's has blossomed into a workshop where he loves to tinker with his toys.
