Peggy Hancock

Peggy Hancock is the Vice President of Elect Appraisals and the wife of Dave Hancock. She has two children, Marian and David Jr who are also appraisers. Other family members include a Bichon Frise, Lhasa Apso, and a giant orange tiger cat. Peggy is truly the backbone of the company and much of it's success can be attributed to her.
Peggy graduated in 1994 from a Junior College with an AS Degree in Accounting with a 4.0 GPA. Her life's work prior to Elect Appraisals was in the accounting field. She started out in banking and later moved to the corporate world of accounting. She had several extended employment positions with two local corporations before coming on board with Elect Appraisals. She was instrumental in forming this corporation with her husband.
In 1998 Peggy went back to school and subsequently became a Certified Appraiser. In addition to performing appraisals she is Elect's Vice President, Office Manager, and she works closely with all our appraisers, office staff, and clients that engage us to do their appraisals. Peggy is stretched thin every day but strives to maintain a professional persona at all times.
Peggy enjoys working in her church and is currently serving her 9th year as a Stars Sponsor in the Missionette Program. The Stars Club is for girls in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. The girls love "Aunt Peggy" because she is real, sincere, and is committed to making a difference in their lives.
Other interests of Peggy's are trying to make her yard one of the best in the neighborhood and has found success with the help of her husband. She also likes to fix things. She loves dirt, shovels, rakes, lawn mowers, blowers, and other power tools like drills, nail guns, scroll saws, and compound mitre saws. It comes as no surprise that her favorite place to shop is the local hardware/lawn & garden store! Peggy's second love is the beach. There is nothing like a cool breeze and a colorful sunset.
